Strength and Conditioning (S&C) training involves a wide range of exercises generally developed to improve performance in athletic competition, assist with developing bio-mechanical patterns and prevent injury.
Modern S&C is made up of two parts:

Strength - “The quality or state of being physically strong.”

Conditioning - “The process of training to become physically fit by a regimen of exercise, diet, and rest.”

Your S&C coach will develop training programs with your sport, current capability and requirements in mind.
At Retrain Health, our S&C coach is a qualified osteopath. S&C appointments are based out of Retrain Health Ballina, allowing for gym equipment to be used during appointments, as required.
